As Sales Enablement practitioners, we attempt to make life easier for sales reps by giving them access to technology and tools. We feed them valuable data on their prospects and customers. We equip them with great content with which to improve their sales pitches. We provide them with knowledge, training and coaching, all built into elaborate eco systems.

Is this what our struggling sales reps actually need? Or are we just making their lives more complex and time consuming?
